Feasibility
We undertake early-stage assessments of site conditions, planning context and development potential, identifying key opportunities and constraints to inform a clear and deliverable design strategy.
02.
Planning
Following the feasibility stage, or where a project brief is already established, we develop proposals and prepare the appropriate planning application for submission.
03.
Supporting reports
We coordinate and, where appropriate, prepare supporting reports including LVIA, SuDS strategies and Construction Management Plans, ensuring proposals are robust, compliant and supported by the necessary technical information.
04.
Technical Design
Following planning approval, we develop the technical design, producing coordinated drawings and information to achieve Building Regulations approval and support construction.
05.
Contract Administration
We act as Contract Administrator throughout the construction phase, managing the building contract, reviewing progress and quality on site, and coordinating with the contractor and consultants to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the design, programme and agreed scope.
